ASK Wellness Centre is taking a new initiative to work directly with local property owners to develop goals and initiatives when dealing with our clients. We understand the issues surrounding tenants and housing and we want to do all that we can to help. Our housing outreach workers can help in a variety of ways. We provide mediation to negotiate mutually agreeable solutions between landlords and tenants. We can also provide support for emergency repairs and cleaning. In order to get community feedback twice a year we have a luncheon for property owners to discuss the challenges of renting to marginalized people and to discuss some of the solutions to these problems.
