Reports to: Coordinator of Housing Supports
Hours: Permanent Full-Time (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with ½ hr paid break)
Hourly Rate: Range is between $17.51-$23.00/hr commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Full benefits are offered after successful probation.
Vacation: Full-time employees are eligible for three weeks paid vacation in the first year and they may be taken after a successful probationary period. In the second year, this entitlement increases to four weeks. In the fifth year, the entitlement increases to five weeks. Each year after five years the entitlement is five weeks plus one day for every subsequent year to a maximum of six weeks.

Purpose and Function: To provide supportive housing services, to tenants living in the Sundergreen apartments and to promote healthy, independent living skills to the tenants in order for them to achieve their personal aspiration and live as independently as possible. Service delivery is based on a client centered, non-judgmental perspective.
Purpose and Function: The Tenant Support Worker works with ASK Tenancy Development Program Team and Tenant/Landlord Liaison – Rental Unit Maintenance Worker to provide supportive housing services to reduce homelessness through a housing first approach to individuals who are at risk. Service delivery is based on a client centered, non-judgmental perspective.
