Reports to: Director of HR, Culture and Operations / Accounting Services Manager
Hourly Rate: Range is between $17.00-$22.00/hour commensurate with experience.
Term: Permanent Full-time (8:30-4:30pm, Monday-Friday)
Vacation: Full-time employees are eligible for three weeks paid vacation in the first year and they may be taken after a successful probationary period. In the second year, this entitlement increases to four weeks. In the fifth year, the entitlement increases to five weeks. Each year after five years the entitlement is five weeks plus one day for every subsequent year to a maximum of six weeks.

Purpose and Function:
Human Resources / Finance Associate works with the Director of HR, Culture and Operations and the Accounting Services Manager and is responsible for Human Resources / Administrative / Finance support and planning, in addition to a wide range of high priority, administrative tasks and projects. This position is an integral part of a busy and dynamic Non-Profit Society. In this role, you will be expected to exercise sound judgment and independence while managing the day-to-day related administrative/finance/human resource activities.
